Just dreadful

I know, it is in the middle of 2025. In 2019-2021 wessex water took money out of my benefit allowance every month for many, many years. I had no problem with that. Makes sense yes? In 2019 i went into hospital and everything went wrong and i was in a coma for a very long time. Months it took and when eventually discharged from hospital, my story so breathtaking as how i managed to survive, i was on the news. Wessex water who had been receiving money out of benefits until my time in hospital curtailed them, billed me. I am a poor old man, living in a 1 bed shoebox. When i spoke to wessex water just 2 weeks ago as now i have no income at all because i am being "migrated from ESA to UC" I said to them at the same time, "how come you took money each month when i was in a coma, no one was here!" The lady on the phone said, "well now, from what i am looking at, the dates you are talking about shows you used more water then than you have ever used. (Thats a quote) These water company's have not the slightest idea and hold us all over the "water barrel". Their "customer service is breathtakingly awful if you are "poor". 1 bed flat.....6 months in hospital and i used MORE water then, "than you ever have done". Ask them to prove it. What they do is say, "prove you were nearly dead"....Nope....you prove i used water. You cant because you "guesstimate". Bullys, nasty, nasty bullys. Awful experience and there is nothing anyone can do about it
