Wish I had read the reviews! False advertising common practice for this company!

Gorilla Gaming advertised limited edition Series X with Xbox store giftcard included. I recieved the Xbox no problem, but gift card no where to be found. Contacted them immediately, they completely ignored until I contacted them a week later. Got the "we're looking into it" run around. Another week passes, still nothing. I follow up again and the response is just "yeah we actually don't have the gift cards, but here's a store discount instead". Wtf, took over 2 weeks to get a store discount I don't need or want. I told them that days ago now, still no response. Wish I had read the reviews first, looks like selling products they don't have and then ghosting the customer is a common theme. If you've got alternatives I'd strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.
