If there was a way to give zero stars I would do it! I had the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced today at their location in Town Center Mall in Kennesaw, Georgia. The two men working were rude and dismissive. I wanted to exchange an item for a different size ( same exact item) and I had the receipt. They wanted to charge me $46 because the person who rang up the initial sale gave a discount on the item and shouldn’t have. When I explained nicely that this was a gift and that made no sense the man told me to “ calm down”. I am a teacher... there is nothing not calm about me! 😊 I will never shop there again and will tell everyone I know about our experience. Now writing to their corporate office.
