Great people make all the difference.
I spoke to TMLegal a few months ago and explained that I wasn't in a position to pay anything towards what I owed. I spoke with Declan who was really helpful and understanding. Skip forwards a few months to last week and I call again, this time to make a payment. Turns out it was Declan I spoke to again and he remembered me, which was nice! I've spoken to TMLegal once again this morning as I had a question/request, and Danielle who I spoke with was Declans equal. Immediately understanding of my ask and swift in actioning my request.
