Quick, efficient and a reasonable price
I needed an aerial removing but a new extension meant that it was difficult to get ladders to the aerial. There was no "you'll need a platform, you'll need scaffolding, you'll need a second mortgage". No problem for the guy from Digital Direct - we agreed a price of one hour's labour, he did the job there and then, I paid, he left - job done, no fuss. Brilliant.
