It was an emergency call out on a saturday morning I had to call an engineer on an emergency hotline ,he was so helpful he told me what time he would be there .he arrived and imediatley diagnosed a faulty PCB board he had a spare on board and fixed it .His name was Callum and the boss Andy Gair should be very proud of him as he only qualified last year . Thank you Gair gas your Gold Cover is well worth it at £13 a month .This is an excellent company I recommend anyone in the Southampton area to look at them
