Minster Law

Started well....
I had my motorbike accident 5 years ago now. We were given their details from my insurance and to start with the service was great but over time we went through multiple associates dealing with the case. This meant that we had to go through the details over and over again including requesting the same information multiple times that they should have already had on file – this included my medical history from our GP Practice. There did not seem to be a handover of the file between associates. The last associate I dealt with had to refer almost everything to their supervisor. At one point I had to physically phone the specialist to see what the hold up was on the report, as Minster Law did not know what was going on, only to be informed that the invoiced amount was still outstanding. This meant more phone calls and emails backwards and forwards. I feel a lot of the 'lawyers' time was wasted due to the multiple times the file had been handed over to a new associate. Don't get me wrong they did the job at the end of the day, however, it seemed to be drawn out and inflated due to the multiple hands on the file. I feel that this has inflated their fees and lowered my claim amount. In monetary terms this meant that their fees were double my claim that I got paid.
