Piss poor customer service
When the company tells you that they will put you on the best available plan because I’m on a disability pension and they tell me that there is no need for me to contact them for this to happen, then for the next 3 years they don’t do what they promised then argue with you when you feel ripped off and discriminated against because they failed to support customers on financial hardship, piss poor customer service and I’ll take this up with the water and energy ombudsman from here
