CBT, because good movement patterns matter for LIFE
Core Balance Training has so beneficial in my wellness journey. I have been in Health and wellness as I professional group exercise instructor and personal fitness trainer for 3 decades. I am also a nationally certified stretch practitioner. But knowing all that did not truly help me to find pain relief and improved functional movement until I participated in CBT, you don't really know what you are doing wrong until you learn what you are doing wrong, and poor movement patterns can be created in anyone, especially when they are unknowingly compensating. Having worked through the era of High Impact classes, running for 20 years etc I developed spondy between L5 S1, stenosis, a slipped L4 to L5, a non-displaced fracture of my S5 and off and on Sciatic pain leaving me struggling to do my job and to feel well in general. Now, I have WAY more good days than bad. I work at the program a minimum of 15 minutes almost every day and am committed to keeping my back pain at bay and improving my quality of life through better functional movement. I tell all my stretching clients and fitness members about the program. If you work it, it WORKS!
