The cost of rental was very competitive and also having the car at the airport for collection versus having to get bus off site was fantastic as its speeds up the whole process and allows you to get on your way asap. Returning car was a breeze, dropped of at same location, agent did visual inspection and then I was good to go.

Wrong car seat covers were sent for my Peugeot expert van. I also paid for a printed logo on driver seat cover but that was missing. When trying out the driver seat to check it fitted the cover ripped so quality is bad. My double passenger seat cover was wrong and had no opening to allow the inside seatbelt to pop through. I sent pictures of issue and was told refund would appear in account in 5-10 days. It took 5 rounds of emails to eventually get refund 3 weeks later which is ridiculous especially since they sent wrong product and the quality was crap.
