Excellent, Professional and Friendly
The advisor, Samiksha, was very professional, intelligent, friendly and understanding. Samiksha assure me that she would sort the issue out and would resolve things positively. Which Samiksha then proceeded to do. I thought the customer care was superb and Samiksha is a real asset to you organisation, you must have very good training and recruitment.
