I have been a ostomy patient using Vitality products for over 5 years, always been very pleased with the products and service. The last 2 boxes of ConVac one piece ostomy pouchs (which I have been using) are a disappointment. The adhesive has been extremely difficult to remove from my stoma area. Using remover pads, and pads for treating skin, but so difficult with removing that this surface is very irritated and sore with my attempt with the pads to remove the adhesive. Wondering if perhaps over use of adhesive may be an issuse or a different brand causing problem. I would like to continue using this product, please look into this issue. Thank you.
