Wrong mats but no refund
I received a set in June. Although we submitted the correct registration, the front mats did not fit. Despite the company admitting they had sent the wrong mats they would not exchange as we had paid extra to have them personalised. They offered 40% off a new set. I would enter the same registration, so the likelihood of them bring wrong again is high. How many sets of the wrong size car mats do they think I need?
