Order was never delivered and I have to contact Vitality multiple times
I placed an order on Monday 6/16/25, paying almost $9 for shipping via UPS and I contacted Vitality via customer service form on the morning of Friday 6/20/25 to let them know the package is delayed per tracking data on UPS. It stated the label was created but package was never given to UPS. I had to call again Monday morning to get a resolution. No one responded to my 3 outreaches via the online form and a direct email to support. I asked to have it reshipped. I am very low on supplies now with just 4-5 days left of supplies and they said I would see a confirmation in 3 days. I have to find the supply at a local pharmacy but haven’t found the brand I want. It is a huge disappointment. They charge a lot for shipping ($8.75) on a $28 order but don’t follow through to ensure the package is delivered. This has been an awful experience. Update: It is now 6/26, 8 business days from when I ordered and more than 3 business days from when I called in to get my order reshipped. The order is still “in progress” per my conversation with customer service. I never got an email confirmation yesterday nor today and the tracking status has not changed. The guy I spoke with said I would get a confirmation in 3 days. Vitality Medical just processes orders for suppliers and are telling me it’s a problem with the supplier. This is unacceptable. If you have a supplier issue I’d rather have known that sooner and try to get my medical supply from another seller. Instead, they took my money and never proactively follow up nor tell me what the actual issue was. It has been 11 calendars days since I have placed the order and nothing has been shipped to me yet. Customer service was not looking into the matter for me. I had to call in again today. Don’t trust the response below from Vitality Medical. They did not look into it for me. No one updated me. Update 6/27/25 The customer service rep I spoke with said she would call me with an update from the supplier or email me an update yesterday. It is now the end of the next business day and I have no voicemail updates nor an email update. Vitality Medical and their suppliers are unreliable. I have no idea where my order is and would like a refund at this point.
