Their customer service sucks big time.
Their customer service sucks big time. You call them from the mobile app then it say wait 62 min, what ? Then after you wait one hour, you get a support guy, but you need to approve that it is you with MitID , which is a bit slow open, then the line get cut then you can do it all over again. If that is not the worst bank in the world then I don't know, really terrible, Stay as far away as possible from Nordea
