Ignored and no solution for the complaints
We went to Alaska Cruise using them and had a big problem the flights we were given. They use American Airlines and this airline often changes their time schedule. I found this after my final payment and all flight times changed from original times we were given when we made a booking. The new flight schedule only gave us 45 minutes for the transit and as I was worried, even if we quickly ran, we still missed the flight and ended up coming back seven hours later than we were supposed to, Also because of this, our baggages were lost and we didn’t get them back until three days later, no explanations why they got lost. We sent email to this company and all they said that it was American Airlines fault after I kept phoning for explanation for more than a month listening them it would take up to four weeks dealing any complaints. When I finally spoke to the advisor after so many attempting for a month, this advisor was rude and aggressive. They don’t care if you had a problem. Also this isn’t such a big deal, but I didn’t like the method of the payment for the cruise. You can’t pay by any cards except first deposit, you have to pay into their account which is not modern these days. If you had ny problems, they wouldn’t handle well and I certainly won’t use this company ever again
