very poor service from 2017 to 2020 I am still having major problems on my private land ,from the groundworkers turning up with no shovel to directors not opening data request emails ,with over £32000.00 of damage so far to my property and still ongoing now with the most senior staff trying to close doors and brush the issues under the carpet believe Pauline Walsh their CEO should shake up the staff and get them to pull there socks up and deal with the problems directly
