Third-rate customer service
No network whatsoever, no service on my sim since 7 long days now. No calls, messages or data, nothing works! Customer service is unreachable via chat and phone. Extremely long delays, 3-4 hours, 50+ attempts to get connected to a human within customer service. Once connected the chat is deliberately disconnected without a response or resolution. After wasting the whole day, a complaint was logged but it remains unresolved and no updates. Such an awful and third-rate customer service. It's a disgrace that such network providers are granted licence to operate. UPDATE: Your refresh didn't make any difference. Contrary to your reply, I did not receive any such email from you. And I have already performed all possible troubleshooting steps.
