Worthless Azure Support

Having used Arrow as a Microsoft Azure CSP for a while now, I can confidently say they are incompetent, badly ran, and their support is near enough useless. Support requests, even for production environments are rarely responded to within anything less than multiple hours. The first response more often than not includes questions that could be answered by reading the initial request properly. I am convinced this is a stalling tactic that is used to improve internal KPIs on response times. The support engineers at Arrow are very unskilled and are not able to offer anything more than links to documentation. MindTech, the company Arrow escalate to, seem to be equally as unskilled and I have yet to receive adequate support on any request made towards them. Unless you plan to use Azure solely for projects where uptime and resilience are of no importance, I would suggest avoiding Arrow at all costs. Having worked within Cloud for nearly a decade, I can honestly say I've never had such an awful experience. I should also note that the Arrow Sphere website has experienced multiple major issues impacting the ability to view or create support requests, sending of email notifications, and even the ability for internal staff to read existing support requests.
