I have loved this company and as a photographer have sent hundreds of customers to them for prints. Unfortunately they have lost a loyal customer over $39.99. For me the money isn’t the issue but rather the principle behind it. I paid for expedited rush shipping and got my order 11 days later. Again it’s the holidays and things happen I’m easy going and know that some of these things are going to happen and hey I waited to order close to the holidays so I can also understand if it doesn’t arrive by Christmas as expected but for me to contact their team asking for the difference in shipping costs due to the fact that my order took 11 days not 2 to arrive I wasn’t expecting a “sorry tough shi*” response. For them to be willing to lose out on my many of orders and my client referrals tells me that customer service isn’t a priority. I will unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere.
