STAY AWAY from AUTOUNION. Ordered my car from AUTOUNION via VIPCARS. VIPCARS is a classic middleman. They want your signature on the dotted line and form of payment. Then they leave you to deal with the actual rental car agency which give you totally different terms and conditions. And you only find out when you pick up the car, so VIPCARS gets to keep your down payment (since you didn't cancel at least 48 hours before). In this this case, AutoUnion threw clauses saying we could not use our car in the Tnazania national parks, and that every excursion would result in a 1000 Euro penalty. Then AutoUnion tries bait and switch, offering you to an alternative car at triple the price.
