Poor customer service
I can't recommend Brightside. I found the customer support totally unresponsive and got no help when trying to switch therapists. I liked the therapist that I was initially assigned, but their specialty/expertise was outside of what I had been experiencing and it seemed like we quickly hit a wall of how they could help. I wanted to see if I could switch to someone who specialized in my specific anxiety disorder, but Brightside makes it extremely difficult to make a switch. It requires sending a message to their Help portal, which they just never responded to. I'm going to cancel, the therapists may be good but the service is poor.
