When they send you an email notifying you of 25% off anything in the store it's not for anything in the store. I really don't know what qualifies for the sale because nothing I actually want does. Aside from that the shipping is annoying. It's 9 - 12 days, which is a bit much as it is, but it can take a week or two for them to even ship it. I've never had a problem with the merchandise but if you're ordering online give yourself 3 weeks before you actually need it.
