Impossible to transfer
I have been a customer for more than 10 years and I am now trying to get my Account number and Transfer PIN number but the customer service refuses to give it to me. They pretend they need more information while I already provided them my SIM card picture, ID picture, last called numbers, last recharge, credit card used. They only reply week after week asking for the same things, while they already have all info, trying to illegally keep customers by retaining their phone numbers. Edit: Also, I already wrote to trustpilotreview-at-lycamobile.com right after I wrote this review and got no answer, so I don't know if you're just replying here to pretend taking care of things. Edit #2: After 25 days, a dozen of phone calls, 15 e-mail including a last one threatening to initiate legal proceedings, I received my transfer information.
