Finally, a REAL solution!
Having done literally every program out there (seriously—name one! Done it) over the last 30+ years, I’m thrilled to have finally found something that works AND is sustainable. My favorite thing is the support I feel, from the admin staff, to the medical team and the nutritional support. I’ve never felt so confident that something is going to last and not just be a short term fix. I’ve been a FORM member for 9 months, which is honestly the longest I’ve stuck with anything. That’s because it’s easy! Sure, I have to put in the effort, but they make it feel easy. I still wake up every day and can’t believe it’s real.
