Im a long standing customer butI have never made a claim. I had cover for a very short amount of time and discovered shortly before leaving the country, that the documents couldn't be downloaded. I was unable to get the telephone number if I needed help. I tried and failed to get hold of someone at the company to help. I also used the Chat but was cut off with no response.
