Left with huge debt
I enlisted the help of the IWC probate services in 2015. A year later, I received a letter from HMRC stating over 6k was owed after the probate process was conducted on my behalf by IWC. I contacted IWC regarding this matter and I was told to ignore this request for payment as it was most likely a administrative error by HMRC. The second correspondence from HMRC after 6 months, I was told by my representative of IWC that an email or letter will be sent to HMRC to settle this matter of payment Eight/8 years later there has been no definitive resolution and now being told by IWC as far as they are concerned this case is now closed despite huge amounts of money being owed and is becoming more and more difficult to contact my representative of IWC and now over 16k is owed.
