Rejuvenating Ruby…
The shape of my Rewaco trike means that it’s VERY prone to small paint chips. As my trike, Ruby, is nearly 20 years old, I decided it was time to attack her paintwork and thought I’d give Chipex a try. I removed some old, mismatched paint with a good quality Acetone cleaner before I started and set about applying the paint. The match provided from the manufacturers paint code was excellent and it covered the white chips first time. I left it for a good ten minutes before using the blending solution and polish. The chips disappeared, although a couple of the deeper one required a second application. These are great kits with easy to follow instructions and give great results. I’ll be ordering again for the black bits on the trike. Ruby is looking awesome again!
