I spent hours researching which newswire to spend money with and naturally, newswire.com was the absolute top recommended outlet. I worked with David at the news wire team who seemed to have all the time in the world to help me. I'm new to this and David talked me through some issues within my own release, he sent useful and helpful links, spent time to talk me through the changes and open and activate my account and then helped me select the best catagories and packages. Over all, the lever of customer server given by David was certainly a 12.. and that's out of 10. Helpful, enthusiastic and patient.
