If you actually want to book flights - AVOID
We booked flights to Helsinki through travel junction. I thought they were a great deal and perfect for what we needed. First confusing thing - you’re prompted to put in your payment details twice - for what reason, I have no idea. So they got our payment details added twice, for our credit card that the website said was accepted. We Got an email stating that our order was being processed. By 4pm the next day (a Monday) we had still not received confirmation of our tickets, so called Traveljunction. Apparently our order had been cancelled due to no payment??? Despite giving you our details TWICE on your website??? And there was NO communication about the fact that it had been cancelled- we had to phone to find out. Then when we asked to just re-book the tickets, they were not actually available??? Traveljunction may look like a good option when you look for flights, but you don’t actually get the flights you (try to) pay for… Avoid.
