Nicki tested our internet speeds, but did not consider that my access was via data. i asked my son for help, and he was very good, but had his work to do. He suggested i let Ricky know that wired connections work, but not wireless connections. I phoned cuckoo again, and Ricky answered. when he realised the wi-fi was not working, her sorted that out. It would have been resolved quicker if he had considered that from our earlier conversation in our first conversation. Wi-fi is now working again and our devices are now connected,
