Disappointing trip
It took 4 hours to get there due to pickups and having to call at Chester zoo. We weren’t aware he was calling at the zoo. Consequently we had only 4 hours in Chester. So not a day trip but rather a half day trip. Also the driver was very abrupt about my mums wheelchair. I had mistakenly not booked one in. He watched me struggle to put it into the coach hold them said I could have done that for you! He was talking on his mobile constantly, texting and scrolling through his phone and working on paperwork all whilst driving sometimes in traffic on the motorway. As a former instructor in road safety and safe driving practices I know it is the distraction of the call that is dangerous.
