11+ program
We have been with explore learning since June 2022 and signed up for the 11+ program. We did have some initial problems with the service we received however these were addressed by a manager within the Oak team (Becky) who was very understanding, polite and professional and ensured that all the issues were resolved and I am happy with the way she handled our concerns. When signing up for the 11+ program ensure that you have a welcome meeting to go through all the online resources and how the sessions will be planned. The lessons are very structured and well planned out to ensure that the program covers all aspects of the 11+ and my daughter really enjoys attending her sessions. Now that we have had the issues resolved then I would be very happy to recommend explore learning to other parents for the 11+ program and feel it is a really valuable resource. The tutors are very helpful, encouraging and give helpful and proactive feedback.
