Customer service stopped existing. I was late with my payments because I had a road accident and was out of work for several days. My bike got blocked and after a 3 day long chat through email they asked me to pay part of my debt to unblock the bike, which I agreed to after I found the money. I asked them to send an invoice or to collect the money from my bank automatically, but three days later there is still no response and I am left out without my delivery job for Christmas. There are no agents available on live chat on their website. Fulham branch where I got the bike from never picks up the phone, as they are always busy due to lack of staff. So I am just left out with my subscription bills keep piling up and I can't see any way out. Thank you Zoomo for your support. P.S. I also had to change my bike 2 times because the ones the were giving to me had issues with speed. I like the bikes, but everything else is utterly unprofessional.
