The Nürnberg Hbf - Extreme Customer Service
The Nürnberg Hbf, hotel is in a very good location and well presented. We arrived to unfortunately find our booking was misplaced. Employee C was extremely helpful, and understanding and she went out of her way and located our misplaced booking. Then also helped us out with breakfast the following morning, going out of her way, yet again. The customer service that we have received from Employee C during our stay has been nothing but outstanding. We would highly recommend any body staying at this hotel. It deserves 5 🌟 B & K
