Customer (lack of) Service
I ordered a Samsung phone for home delivery and a completely different item (Marshall Speaker) was delivered. I contacted the customer service team straight away by email to let them know and that they needed to please organise the collection of the incorrectly delivered item and deliver the correct item to me the next day. They replied that when I returned the item that THEY had delivered incorrectly, then they would send me the Samsung phone... Sorry?!? Interdiscount send me the wrong item and then they want me to return the wrong item that they delivered to me BEFORE they send me the correct item...?? They also want me to go to a Post Office to do that for them when I have zero time at present, which is why I ordered a home delivery. Value your customer ....not at Interdiscount.
