What a refreshing change to deal with a competent polite and helpful company. We had a drain issue, though it was just the downstairs toilet, but when I lifted the manhole it was obviously further down. Call Anglian water, straight through to a very helpful young lady, who explained everything booked it in, apologised it would be up to 4 days before the engineer could come out, which was fine. Got updated by email and text. Call was Sunday afternoon engineer was here Monday just after lunch, gain very polite and helpful and got it all sorted very quickly.
