Balkonkraftwerk verliert 2/3 Leistung

Module oder Wechselrichter vermutlich defekt. Habe den Wechselrichter zur Prüfung der Fa. JWS am 11.09.24 zugeschickt. Keine Reaktion der Firma. Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde mir mitgeteilt: Techniker im Urlaub Gerät nicht aufzufinden. Man kann vor dieser Fa nur warnen.
