Staff don’t treat others with dignity.
Wow your staff at Northland have gotten progressively more rude over the last few months and it’s starting to create problems with customers. Nearly every time I’m in there’s an agro customer that’s having a rant because they felt disrespected by the staff members handling of a situation and the staff seem to actually escalate easily handled issues in some sort of power trip? It doesn’t create for a safe environment and it’s incredibly immature, like you’ve hired a bunch of down and out people that now have an ego problem with the ridiculously small amount of power they’re given…… it’s very concerning to see someone in their 20s distressing an elderly customer over a very small issue. One of your staff actually tried to reject cash today because she couldn’t be bothered working out change and then had to have another staff member come over and do it for her. She’s worked there at least 10 month now and couldn’t figure out $1.25 owing while treating my like an inconvenience. Starting to doubt if the small price savings made are worth the horrible experience it seems to be to shop here.
