If I could give this zero
If I could give this zero, I would. Ordered my food a week ago on next day delivery service. It’s not arrived. I emailed the company (because the phone-line was a 50 minute wait) to ask where my order was, and it took them TWO DAYS to respond with ‘sorry, we need to ask someone else in the team where your order is.’ I asked them to email/call me within the next few hours to let me know about my order, so that I could purchase dog food for the next day as we were out. They never responded. I’ve tried to cancel the order & asked for a refund - no response. GO ANYWHERE ELSE THAN HERE.
