Lower plenty Aldi
Lower plenty Aldi. 7:15pm on a Monday. 2 customers shopping around the shop and I lay my items on the conveyer belt just so I can watch 2 team members having a chat for 5 minutes a meter away and no one is attending the checkout. So I asked if I need to announce that I'm here waiting to get serviced. The woman instead of apologising blaming me for 'Not standing at the right place' and calls me rude!!!! If this is not appauling service I don't know what is!!! Just in par with the rest of the reviews on here... Aldi is basically ALL about cutting corners and saving money but no focus on customer service whatsoever! Products are also way bellow par compare to other supermarkets. Fruit and veggies are very low quality. They are really taking advantage of the fact that there is no alternative in close proximity. Shame on you Aldi!!!
