Completed spot trades reversed – funds withheld, no support response
I had executed spot limit sell orders on WEEX (TROLLSOL / HOUSE / MOONPIG). The trades were marked as “Filled” and the USDT proceeds were credited. Later, WEEX applied a rollback, removed 1,292 USDT, and returned the tokens instead. These trading pairs were not included in WEEX’s own abnormal-market affected list. I have contacted support for more than 60 days. I received only automated replies and no written decision or technical evidence. UID: 9510529606 I cannot recommend this exchange due to lack of transparency and refusal to resolve a legitimate dispute.
