Unfortunate business model
I have struggled with their customer service, general service, and billing departments on and off for about 7 years. Price hikes are common, service itself is generally good. Very few outages. Customer service has ranged from apathetic to downright rude. I work in the service industry myself, and I'm sure this largely stems from the company itself, and not the reps themselves. They have a hard job, and are most likely not treated well by management. I have switched service providers, and will never ever go back. If you use this company, prepare for more than a few very long phone calls, and check your statements monthly.
