Stephanie at Irish Tourism booked our trip- she was wonderful to work with. I am picky about my rooms - when we booked the trip I requested more spacious accommodations and paid accordingly. We had issue with 2 properties- the rooms weren’t updated and the bathroom in one hadn’t had an update in many years. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with Stephanie’s commitment. Instead of making excuses she contacted the manager at both hotels and the situation was resolved and our room was upgraded. I also have to say that the managers in both properties couldn’t have been more accommodating when they learned I wasn’t pleased with the room. Very different from issues in the state; it felt as though the hospitality meant a great deal to the staff. I wasn’t treated as though I were an annoyance. The best part was feeling like I had someone who cares and was ready to handle the issue. She even let me know she would be checking her emails on the weekend I’m case we had any more issues. Thank you for a GREAT trip.
