Rockingham Aldi - great customer service by Matthew
I was assisted in the Rockingham Aldi store by a store Manager called Matthew. He gave me excellent service and was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. I noticed him assisting other customers in the same calm manner. I was looking for decaf coffee which unfortunately was unavailable at the Rockingham store. Matthew showed me where it would normally be and the colour lid to look for. I would like to commend his customer service skills.
