Really worried
In July 2024 we booked return flights in June 2025 from Heathrow to Pula . In mid January 2025 BA cancelled them. We were told by both BA and Travel Trolley that we could have a refund. 8 weeks later we are no closer it seems to getting our money back. Although we paid by credit card, their claim form says you must first apply to ATOL or ABTA. Travel Trolley didn't supply us with an ATOL certificate. I am so depressed and worried about this money and don't know where to turn. I would never use Travel Trolley again. Nor in fact BA since this is the second consecutive flight they have cancelled for us. Update 18th March: We have received a refund which is £20 less than we paid with no explanation.
