Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a metal pergola but after I received the email with installation instructions I realised the patio didn't have the required strength to accomodate the structure. I emailed customer service and received a very swift response. I was able to cancel my order and a refund was confirmed (not received refund yet but it has only been 4 days). Katie (Customer Service) was great and always responded quickly and was most helpful. As an aside it would have been good to see the Installation Instructions prior to purchase, they may be on the website but I didn't spot them.
