My product was a very old model so breakage was to be expected as the product came to the end of its lifecycle. I discovered a leak on Friday afternoon and by Friday evening, Robert the customer support chap, had been able to offer me several options to replace or upgrade my current eightsleep system. I went with the replacement option of the broken part of my current system, with a replacement discount (as the warranty had expired) meaning I avoided paying for an entirely whole new system. This was also due to eightsleep’s fair policies but brilliant engineering of backwards compatible parts with older and newer model pieces. Perfect example of fair, reasonable, quick, understanding and efficient customer service and customer value and protection regardless of warranty status or not.
