I've always been ok with Jucy
I've always been ok with Jucy, but this trip did not go well. Hired a car from Queenstown to drop off in Auckland 3 weeks later. Trouble was, we couldn't book a ferry. So had to drop the car off in Christchurch. Book a hotel and a flight to Auckland. When I got the car in Auckland, you charged me another $550. You did refund me after a bit of hassle. I missed out on the top half of the South Island and the bottom half of the North Island. Which didn't do my blood pressure any favours.
