I purchased a top from this company

I purchased a top from this company, and when it arrived, it had a missing diamanté from the neck. Naturally, I contacted their customer service via email to raise the issue, expecting a reasonable resolution. However, my concerns were completely disregarded. The email wasn’t treated as a priority, and after countless follow-ups—6 or 7 in total—they finally responded, only to tell me that they don’t guarantee sequins. This response was both dismissive and unacceptable, as the product was not delivered in the condition it was advertised. What’s worse is that the company is now ignoring my emails entirely. They have failed to address the issue, provide a proper resolution, or offer any form of reimbursement or refund. On top of this, I had to pay a considerable amount for delivery, which I will not get back, leaving me even more out of pocket. Had I checked Trustpilot before making this purchase, I would have avoided this company altogether. The customer service is truly appalling—the worst I have ever experienced while shopping online. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be left with a faulty top and no resolution in sight. This company urgently needs to be investigated, and their staff should receive proper training in handling customer issues. Their current approach to customer service is completely unacceptable. This doesn’t even deserve 1 star, but unfortunately, that was the only option available.
